Our website is hosted using WordPress and the Divi theme. These providers process data on our behalf in accordance with applicable data protection laws and contractual agreements. The information collected by XroadMedia may be shared over time and across our websites. We use Hotjar on our website(s) to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize our services and user experience. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (including IP addresses, device type, browser information, etc.). Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

Our processing of your personal data depends on if you are a subscriber to our emails, have contacted us via our contact forms, if you have downloaded a white paper or case study, or if you are just a visitor to our website.

Most of our services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are.
