All data collected by XroadMedia will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities, provided by Strikingly. The information collected by XroadMedia may be shared overtime and across our websites.

2.2 Categories of data processed, purpose and legal basis for processing
Our processing of your personal data depends on if you are a subscriber to our emails, have contacted us via our contact forms, if you have downloaded a white paper or case study, or if you are just a visitor to our website.
Subscriber to emails:
If you sign up to receive our emails we will collect your name, country of residence, name of your current workplace and email address. We will use your personal information to send out our emails and emails targeting specific areas in the world or specific industries.

Contact form:
If you contact us via our contact forms we will collect your name and email address. This will make it possible for us to get back to you regarding your inquiry and to keep you up to date with developments at XroadMedia.
Downloading white paper or case study:
When you download our white papers or case studies we will collect your name, email address and name of current workplace. If you do not provide us with your email address we will not be able to send you your downloaded white paper and/or case study.

Downloading product sheet:
When you download our product sheet we will collect your name, email address, name of current workplace, your job title and country of residence. If you do not provide us with your email address we will not be able to send you your downloaded product sheet.

Anonymised data:
Most of our services do not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are. This anonymized data is used for our internal marketing and demographic studies to analyze and monitor visitors pattern in order for us to be able to improve our services. Please see section 3. We will hold your information in our systems for as long as it is necessary, or as long as you do not ask us to delete them.
